Kayla Marie Wise R.H.N

Kayla is the co-owner of ‘Wise Wellness’ and is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (2016) with the designation of R.H.N. Natural nutrition is a holistic approach to health that uses evidence-based techniques for diet, lifestyle and supplementation. Instead of focusing on just one aspect of the person, or taking a one size fits all methodology, natural nutrition evaluates the complete health history, emotional state, lifestyle habits and current diet habits of an individual to determine the root cause of his or her health issues.

Kayla found her place in the world of health and wellness because of her own health history, living with three autoimmune conditions: psoriasis, celiac disease, and ulcerative colitis. After a lifetime of symptoms and prescription medications, which masked her symptoms temporarily, but never addressed the underlying cause, she found health once again through functional nutrition.

Kayla’s education and lived experiences have given her a profound understanding of how vitally important proper nutrition and lifestyle are to achieving optimum health. These are just a few of the common concerns she addresses in her practice:

  • Nutritional imbalances
  • Hormone imbalances
  • Blood sugar imbalances
  • Stress and Sleep issues
  • Fertility and conception planning
  • Prenatal nutrition optimization
  • Postpartum depletion
  • Digestive health
  • Concussion recovery
  • Cancer prevention
  • Cancer post treatment recovery

Kayla’s goal is to empower and educate her clients into improving their health with the use of nutrient dense foods, natural supplementation and lifestyle recommendations.

No matter where you are on your nutritional and wellness journey, it can be transformative to partner with someone with the expertise to guide you, provide support, and help you meet your goals - even if your goals are simply to eat well and feel good. Kayla can teach you how to take control of your health and inspired you to live your best life.
